Round a number up, down or to set decimals on Windows

Round number tidies a number to the decimals you want. Choose nearest, always up or always down, for neat display or for steps that need whole numbers.

How it works

  • Set the number, how many decimals to keep (0 for a whole number, up to 15) and the mode: nearest, up or down.
  • Up and down ignore tiny floating-point noise first, so 1.1 rounded up to 2 decimals stays 1.1.
  • It returns the rounded result.
