KeyRoutines vs Power Automate Desktop for personal automation

Power Automate Desktop is Microsoft's robotic process automation tool: it's free to use on Windows 11, great at filling forms, scraping web pages, working with Excel and clicking through business apps, and it connects to Microsoft's paid cloud services. KeyRoutines is a lighter tray app for everyday personal routines: hotkeys, app and device triggers, window layouts, audio, files and streaming tools. Choose by the job: office data tasks favour Power Automate, desk-and-device routines favour KeyRoutines.
