App-specific hotkey

An app-specific hotkey only works, or works differently, while a particular app is in front.

In KeyRoutines you can limit a routine, or a whole folder of routines, to some apps. The same key can then run one routine in your editor and another in your browser, and it passes straight through to apps where no routine uses it.
