Secrets vault

The secrets vault stores passwords and tokens that routines use, outside the routines themselves.

Steps such as Send webhook and HTTP request pick a secret by name, so the value never appears in the routine, its export or Run history. Each secret can be limited to the steps or sites it's meant for.
