KeyRoutines Pro refunds

KeyRoutines is free in the Microsoft Store. KeyRoutines Pro is an optional one-time upgrade ($29.99) sold on keyroutines.com and qaemdev.com through Polar, and unlocked in the app with a licence key. Because Pro is bought outside the Microsoft Store, Microsoft can't refund it: ask us, and we'll handle it.

14 days, no questions asked

If you ask within 14 days of buying KeyRoutines Pro, you get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.

After 14 days

We still refund when Pro doesn't work on your PC and support can't fix it, or when you were charged more than once for the same thing.

How to ask

Email [email protected] (or use the support page) from the address you used at checkout, and include the order number from your Polar receipt if you have it. You'll hear back within a few working days.

How you're refunded

Refunds are issued through Polar, the merchant of record, to the payment method you used, for the full amount including any sales tax or VAT. Polar sends a confirmation email. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.

What happens to your key

When an order is refunded, its licence key is deactivated. KeyRoutines goes back to Free on every PC the key was active on, the next time it checks the key. Nothing you made is deleted: routines that use Pro steps still open, edit and export, they show “Needs Pro”, and their triggers stay off.

Your rights

These terms add to the rights you have under the consumer law where you live; they don't take any away. Our general terms of use cover everything else.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. A purchase is covered by the terms that applied on the day you bought it. What Pro includes is on the pricing page.
