Window layout

A window layout is a saved arrangement of windows: which app goes on which monitor, where and how big.

KeyRoutines' Apply layout step puts many windows in place at once, and Remember layout and Restore layout save and bring back where windows are. Positions are stored as parts of each monitor's screen, so a layout still fits after a resolution change, and monitors are matched by a stable id rather than Windows' number.
