Window rule

A window rule is an automatic action for a window, such as always opening an app on a certain monitor.

KeyRoutines doesn't have a separate list of window rules; a rule is simply a routine. The Window opened trigger with a Move and resize step places an app's window every time it opens, and Window state can close, minimize or pin it on top.
