How to restart a frozen or glitchy app with one hotkey
Make a KeyRoutines routine with a Hotkey trigger and Restart app for the program. It asks the app to close, ends it if it's still open after the time you set, starts it again and can wait for its window, then Show banner tells you it's back.
Steps

Add a Hotkey trigger
Pick a chord such as Ctrl+Alt+R.

Restart the app
Add Restart app, pick the app and set how long to wait before ending it, such as 10 seconds.

Wait for it
Turn on waiting for the app's window, so the banner only shows once it's back.

Confirm
Add Show banner with "Discord restarted".
Tips
- An app showing "Save changes?" is left open and the step tells you it needs your attention, so no work is lost.
- Turn on "only if running" if the key should never start the app from scratch.
