How to set a daily reminder with a snooze button on Windows

Use KeyRoutines' At a time trigger and a Repeat with Ask with buttons inside, offering Done and Snooze. An If with Compare values runs Stop repeating on Done, and a Delay of 10 minutes waits before asking again on Snooze.

Steps

    Pick the time

    Add At a time, for example 14:00 every day.

    Keep asking

    Add a Repeat with, say, 6 rounds.

  3. 3

    Ask with buttons

    Inside it, add Ask with buttons with the reminder text and the buttons Done and Snooze.

  4. 4

    Done or snooze

    Add an If with Compare values: the answer is Done, then Stop repeating. After the If, add a Delay of 10 minutes.

Tips

  • Set Ask with buttons' default to Snooze so an unanswered reminder comes back.

Stop repeating ends the Repeat it's inside and carries on with whatever comes after it. Use it when you've found the item you were looking for or a check says there's no point going round again.

Delay pauses the routine for a time you choose before the next step runs. People add it after opening an app, between key presses, or anywhere a program needs a moment to react.
