How to see how many days are left until a deadline every morning

Create a KeyRoutines routine with an At a time trigger in the morning, Time between dates from now to your deadline in days, and Show notification with the whole-number result.

Steps

1. 1

   Schedule it

   Add At a time at 09:00 on weekdays, with missed runs set to run once.

2. 2

   Count the days

   Add Time between dates with the earlier date empty for now, the later date set to your deadline such as 2026-12-15, and the unit set to days.

3. 3

   Show it

   Add Show notification with the whole-number amount and "days until launch".

Tips

• The amount is negative once the deadline has passed; add an If with Compare values to say "Deadline passed" instead.
• Use Add to bell instead of Show notification for a silent entry.
