How to get a notification when a big download finishes

Create a KeyRoutines routine with a Download finished trigger, Speak text with "Download finished", and Show notification with the file's name and buttons to open the file or show it in its folder.

Steps

   Watch downloads

   Add Download finished; leave the pattern empty for every file or use *.iso; *.zip for big ones.

   Say it

   Add Speak text with "Download finished" and the file's name.

   Show it

   Add Show notification with the file's name and two buttons: one opens the file, one shows it in its folder.

Tips

• The trigger waits until the browser's temporary file is gone and the size has stopped changing, so it never fires halfway.
• Notification buttons keep working for up to 24 hours.
