Steps

Add Game started and Game stopped triggers for any game.

Branch on the trigger
Add an If with Started by trigger set to Game started.

Pause the wallpapers
Add Wallpaper Engine playback set to pause, or stop to free the most memory.

Play them again
In the Else branch, add Wallpaper Engine playback set to play.
Tips
- Wallpaper Engine has its own pause rules too; a routine is handy when you want it tied to the same game list as your other routines.
