Pick from a list of options during a Windows routine

Choose from a list shows a question with a list of answers and waits for you to pick one. It lets one routine cover several variations, such as different projects, games or layouts.

How it works

  • Give a question, the choices (up to 50) and an optional pre-selected default.
  • If nobody answers before the timeout, one minute by default, the default is used; with no default the step fails.
  • While a game or full-screen app is in front, a short list becomes notification buttons and a longer one gets an Answer button that opens the list.
  • It passes on the chosen item and its position in the list.

Can a routine show me a menu of options?

How many options can I add?
Up to 50. In a notification while you're gaming, up to three show as buttons and longer lists open from an Answer button.
