How to switch Discord to push to talk only while you play

Steps

    Add the game triggers

    Add Game started and Game stopped, for any game or just the competitive ones.

    Branch

    Add an If with Started by trigger set to Game started.

  3. 3

    Switch the mode

    In the If branch, add Discord: push-to-talk mode set to Push to Talk; in the Else branch, set it to Voice Activity.

Tips

  • The step changes Discord's input mode only. Your push-to-talk key stays the one you set in Discord, and Discord handles it.
  • It reads Discord's current mode first, so switching to a mode that's already on just succeeds.

No. It never presses or holds the key; it only switches Discord's setting.
